Wonderfully illustrated, the book also contains a glossary of musical terms and a short biography of the composers. A string of fabulous characters to discover otherwise! Twenty excerpts from recordings of plays performed by internationally renowned orchestras, including the London Philharmonic, La Scala Theater Orchestra and the Academy of St Martinin- the-Fields.
