Singer-songwriters

Teacher and singer-songwriter Carmen Campagne became a household name in the French-speaking world towards the end of the nineties. Nicknamed “the daycare diva”, she sold over a million records and videos in France and Quebec.  She’s also a four-time winner of the Félix Award (Québécois equivalent to Grammy Awards).

Connie Kaldor is “one of Canada’s most significant contemporary folk performers” (Billboard Magazine). Her song Wood River is considered by many to be the quintessential Saskatchewan song. In 2007, she was appointed to the Order of Canada.

Illustrator

Brian Deines has illustrated stories of several popular children's books, including Dragonfly Kites by Tomson Highway, for which he was a finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Award and the Ruth Schwartz Children's Book Award.
